now i have another question.  the pipe in the back of the penum has notting on it.  its the one in the pic below.  where does this pipe end up going to??  im just gona run a new pipe from the plenum to where its suposed to go to.   and what does this vacum do?  anything to do with boost?

You sure? It looks like it goes down to solenoid D (EGR).

yea there is only one pipe on conected a the back of the plenum and the one that is connectted has a check valve thingy so it has to be the other one.

what does that valve do?? and where abouts is it.  im no good around the rats nest

your car wont have EGR. If it does go down to EGR ( i cant see clearly enough in that pci...shud have gone to spec savers), then just cap off the nipple on the plenum and you ll be fine
EGR is for us spec cars to help them thru emmisions

a crap was hopping it was suposed to go somewhere.  the car is over boosting all the time,.  wonder what it could be.

Have you got a performance downpipe ? And you are using a boost controller ? If yes to the downpipe then that could cause overboost.
