I\'ve had the tank off over easter for my lpg setup. I\'d left the LPG carb on and had it setup so that it is open for petrol operation. It felt very boggy after 4.5k so I decided to take it off until its inspected and tuned.

I put my stock filter back on and plugged the vac lines back in. Set off tonight and half way down the road the car bogged down at about 3k and felt like it wanted more fuel. If i fully open the throttle the car felt very limp.

The car started fine and I don\'t think its thrown a tip or anything major.

I think I\'ve clogged my fuel filter up but is there anything else i need to check ??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

how long has it been since it was taken for a run?
if its been a while drop some light oil down the carb to loosen everything up
ihad a simular problem when i took mine for a spin for the first time in a few years it was just the carb sticking

It was running fine Last Thursday before I took the tank out. I use it every day !

Im going to try and get a filter today and go to work in the FD !

So you\'re planning to LPG the FD then?  ;)
Now with added boost!  :burnout

shaunwil

Just swapped the filter over. Can\'t see any real big lumps of crud but the casing isn\'t very clear. Started car up, fired first time on choke and let car warm up. Rev\'d ok. Going to go out later tonight !

Hopefully it will be ok till the weekend :D

Booked in for kit inspection at local lpg company. Then booked in at wgt for tuning :D

Well its still very spluttery with the new filter on. Going to use it normal tomorrow and see if theres still crud in the tank

The only other thing it could be is the solenoid in the fuel line for the lpg duel fuel setup. I have a spare fuel line so may swap that back till the weekend !

Cheers
