Speedo problems...any help appreciated.

Hey. My speedo doesn\'t work (FD3S - electronic) and the datalogit is showing no signal.

Does anyone know if the signal goes to the ECU then the instrument cluster (series), or vice versa (series again), or both in parallel? The wiring diagram in the manual I have just shows 2 wires going to the ECU and instrument cluster - which doesn\'t help!!

Also anyone got the body electrical manual? So I can find the speed sensor and check it??

i THINK that the signal goes to the cluster then the ecu this is only because when my cluster was out i started the car and it sounded like it was running on sand! cluster back in and normal again but i\'m sure some one will correct me if im wrong
