what benefits are gained from fitting an intercooler to a FD?
Lower temps, increased bhp
These are the things I think, am I right on the increased bhp?
If fitting an intercooler do you need to get the fuelling sorted out too? (getting a Apexi PFC)

Any info would be great, thanks

MintyFresh

the FD comes with an intercooler.

I understand fitting a bigger one gives you slightly more bhp(but a starting point for lots more) by lowering the the temp.

Intercooler lowers intake temps and enables you to raise boost

Here\'s what I posted the other week.
It makes significant difference which you will notice straight away and you will definitely need a re-map.

I just got hit by that probelm as well, except I\'ve not got a programamble ECU (yet).

I\'m planning on going APexi PFC next month so I\'m just going to have to behave until then.
