Carbon Fibre Dash

Well the new dash has been made....and I have to say I\'m over the moon at what Steve created this time! :god

It hasn\'t been fitted quite yet...but it is a perfect fit, and I think it looks rather nice!

Light too!!  Tried to keep to the original pattern, so a bit better than some of the square type dashes you see for sale!

I\'m going to be chatting with Steve tomorrow about possibly selling these....so any interest PM me!  All sales will go through Gary though!

you really need to get all these CF bits coated mate to bring out the weave. CF is not the same without it.

Only last night I was thinking to myself, "There must be a way to make a mold of the dash...."
 
Does it block off the glove-box though?

You get only what you see...

I only have one pair of racing gloves so dont need a box for them

I personally wouldnt laquer/ polish the CF..will only make it glare in the sun.. which no doubt you know is a pain in the arse.

Werent tempted to flock it then?

it does glare i have a carbon panels on mine and the cowling over the gauges reflects against the windscreen in sunlight and can be a pita

it wont glare....the finish is very dull, much less than the chance of a standard dash
