need help, could it be my imoboliser

Hi guys,

I think my car is either having an electric problem or something is not letting the imoboliser come on.  The ignition seems all ok but when i turn the key to crank her it seems that the starter motor is not comming on hence no turnning over.

Yesterday i did put in my Blitz sbc boost controler and while looking for a positive feed to it i came cross a single wire running from the front big Air con relay going direct into a wiring loom just under the ignition barrel so i thought this may be good to connect for a positive feed to the boost controller but it turned out to be a constant positive feed even with the ignition off.  Then i found a one running into the turbo timer an connected all last night so as if all was ok.  Now i can\'t understand how the fduk it was all ok 2 days ago and now after putting boost controller i can\'t crank/start the car.:Grrr

I have checked all the fuses by driver side foot well and they are all ok but i did notice that there was a small fuse blown for air con (next to power stering pump)in the engine bay that i have replaced but the problem is still there.  I am pulling my hair out as what it could be;
-- may be immoboliser or could it be the starter motor as its not getting any feed.  Is there a fuse for that or how do i turn that immoboliser on......
