Rad water there\'s 3 caps?!?

All i wanted to do was top up the water in the radiator but someone said to me something about  taking off two of the caps which do i take off?

Hi Dino,

If you are just toping up ,[when it\'s cold]

 Open the one on the Engine and top up till you can see water when you look down the neck,

Leave the other two alone.

An FD water system works like someone breathing, when the engine gets hot and the water expands it pushes water into the other two tanks that you can see,

[one being the other one with the rad cap and the other the overflow tank on the inner wing]

Then when it gets cold it "breaths" back in the water it pushed out .

l have known people fill all three tanks only to then have the car overheat due to too much water in the system !
