Morning! first post as I\'m looking at buying an rx7 in the near future and I have a querey -

Went to view a 2000 \'W\' reg rx7 with only 14,000miles on the clock and as it was the first one I\'d seen I was a bit confused when I popped the headlights up only to find a kind of dirty film on them - almost like burnt on oil?! Is this common or does it indicate a fault?
The car\'s sold now but it\'d be useful to know for next time.

Also, is it right that post \'99 type r/rs have twin oil coolers at either side of the front? This one only had one on the pass. side (it was an rb)

Anyone point me in the direction of some good buyer\'s guides too:D nice one

Watcha!
The film is not something ive heard of before, and it hasnt appeared on my car. I wouldnt say its a common fault, and wouldnt say that it indicates a fault either. Sure it wasnt just road grime?? :-)

My car has twin oil coolers and is of \'94 vintage. Was under the impression that only the very early cars had one oil cooler, but hopefully someone with a little more knowledge then me can help out.
