HKS Turbo Timer. HOW TO INSTALL?

Just bought a HKS turbotimer and have also bought the correct wiring loom for it to suit my 1993 UK spec FD13 RX7.
Just want to know how easy these are to install yourself. Whether they are simply plug and play or whether you should get a professional to fit it?

If it is easy to fit and set-up, if one of you guys could write me a rough guide that would be appreciated. I have a good mechanical background and am reasonable with electrics so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thought I would ask the question before taking a stab at it myself in the dark and ruining something!!! :Talking1

The instructions on the harness packaging is in Japanese which is why I haven\'t got any to follow! :xconfused
