rotor side seal removal?

getting slightly frustrated now, can\'t get the last side seal out of one of my rotors!

does anyone have or know of any tips?!?

obviously dont want to damage the rotor so i\'ve been a bit careful up until now, although the lump hammer is getting closer to my bench............:Hammer
