What CFM is the stock 12a unported engine ??? I\'ve read that the usual carbs are about 450cfm, but this sounds abit overkill. Im looking at swapping to an impco 300A carb for the LPG setup and its 350cfm and 550cfm depending on the filter used. Which would be better for a stock engine that is only reved to 7k ?

With aftermarket Carbs how do you replumb the oil metering back into the system ?? Is the oil metered into the system using jets ?? Can i replumb the system under my carb and tie the oil metering to it ?

Cheers

Hi Shaun,

The stock Nikki is only about 320cfm, only the most opened out competition ones get to 450cfm.
