Okay I was hoping someone could help me out a little bit here....I just recently bought a 3rd gen RX7 great condition and I have been reading up a lot on the car and what parts I would like to add and replace on it.  I intend of course to be doing all the work on it myself (don\'t want anyone else touching my baby).  Anyway to make a long story short I go to change the oil on the car and we had a big problem getting the car onto the lift in our garage being scared not to bend or brake anything on the car I had to end up using a ramp to prop the front end up so I could change the oil.

The question is...is there an add on or special lift that is used to lift the car? because it seems as if the lift we have wont do the trick.(It is a standard 4 legged lift)

I don\'t know the answer but I deleted the duplicate thread.

hey dude,

I had the same prob with mine as mine was stupidly low. I am doing the oil changes myself as it\'s far less hastle in my opinion using rhino ramps, (see the
guide I made for all details on that)

though my mechanic jacked up the back a crap load and slipped the arms under with those lifts

also a big block of wood may give ya more lift
