Centre speaker / dash gauge pod

Hi,

I know some of you (me included) were interested in getting a triple gauge pod for your centre speaker (in dash)...

Some of you have been trying to get hold of a guy called FlyRX7 who makes such pods... ( his site )

I got an email back from him recently... here\'s what it said.... (basically, he\'s making them again, on a first come first served basis)...

First off, thank you for your patience. I haven\'t been responding to emails for some time now, but as I\'m gradually getting back into limited pod productions I am making an effort to get caught up on the backlog of emails.
 
Inventory status as of this minute is that I\'m totally wiped out of FD specific pods. I have been proceeding with a limited batch of miscellaneous 52 mm pods, but am unable to nail down a due date as of yet, but am hoping for the 2nd quarter of 2007. 60 mm pods will likely be in the 3rd quarter or later.
 
I am taking reservations at this time however, as when the pods are done I will offer them to the people on the waiting list, in the order of their responses. To get on that list, reply back to me with the part number(s) desired and the words “gauge pod” somewhere in the message title/header.
 
I will contact the people on the list when the pods are ready to ship and inform them of the payment amount and options. If you haven\'t heard a response from me by the end of the 2nd quarter, send me an email with “gauge pod status” in the title/header and I\'ll let you know a current status report.

PS. Shipping will be around $28 USD (... for that pod, to the UK)

he has shelved making these due other commitments and will only be doing limited nos in the future i gather..shame as its a top bit of kit need someone with the know how to make them here for the same price as they are in demand it seems

Maybe someone who knows how could use my 52mm one to make a 60mm one ?
