I have lost my full club member benefits so I cannot see the member area\'s again - can someone put me back to full rights please?

Yes got my membership pack and everything, it was updated then the site went down and when you lost the data I lost my membership rights!

when you e-mail Lisa also let her know your userid as well as your membership number.
