Hello....when i was reconnecting the prop shaft on my car today, i noticed that there was a pipe coming out of the bottom of the charcoal canister that was venting to well...nothing..

Is this right? or should that pipe be connected to something?

The can is there to collect any overspill when you fill up, the can then vents it to air safely. HTH.:wave
