can tese be split down at home?

Really like the bbs le`mans alloys, can these wheels be taken apart easily as i want the centres sprayed black and the lips re-polished... they have the allan screw studs all the way around.. would there be a balance problem if i split them ?? lol

Hi mate
I would recomend you get them put back togeather by a pro, its possible to split them at home as I did my 3 piece split rims. Found it hard to find a company who would deal with 3 piece rims 2 piece and most companies will do.
If you do and they are not perfect when you put them back your going to have some major problems.

o poo.. really want these wheels but they need a refurb, there going for 500 notes, was hoping to refurb myself to cut the costs a bit.. hmm dilema..

It can be done and is not a deificult job just make sure you torque them in order and get them checked out once youve done them.

i`ll phone ma local wheel refurb place tomoz and have a wee chat, like eddie says as long as i mark them the way they came off and torque in sequence i reckon it`ll be fine lol .. fingers crossed lol..
