blow off valve/ dump valve

I want to get a dump valve fitted to the rx, can anyone suggest what the nicest sounding one would be ?

also do i need any special fitting kits ?

just unplug the pipe from ur airbox on the left that goes to the standerd dump valve and its loud enough

^ yep that is an option, I ran like that for a few thousand miles. That one from your ebay link isnt a straight forward fit tho.

It might be loud but it doesn\'t sound all that great IMO. Out of curiousity,  I disconnected the pipe from the airbox and bunged the hole the other day, the resultant sound was a long lazy expulsion of air on deceleration, nothing like the sharpness of an aftermarket BOV. I also noticed that there was a constant rushing sound when driving under 2.5k RPM, heavier right boot needed methinks

My Blitz "Super Sound" dump valve will be up for grabs shortly (I am going single and have decided to remove it) - the guys at Re:worx have removed it, so it will have all the installation stuff still attached.

I\'ve tried HKS, Blitz, Forge in the past and they all sound fairly similar, albeit different volumes.

my must be like that now, as ive got hks air filters, so no air box.. i can hear wooshing but its not very load.
