On the way home from spending the new year with my good lady when I had a little hick up!!!!

Came off a round about, just coming on boost when the back end stepped a little;) ..... not normaly a problem but there was something else on the road & before I had a chance to react the car was :2eek almost 90 derees..... just cought it, threw me the other way, cought it again, back the other way (staring to run out of road by this point on the DUAL CARIGE WAY) the she gave one last slap in the face which ended up in a BANG:Grrr !!! luckaly there is no body damage, and the traffic behind was far enough away to avoid a collission, but I think my wheel is fooked and my geometry is well in need of reseting :reallymad !!!

Jon mate,

Bad luck indeed, mind you did give me a bit of a giggle though.  Hope that you and your lady both ok, I did a similar thing years ago in a Mitsubishi Starion, took a massive chunk out the wheel, broke the entire hub assembly, and there was a hot air balloon sticking out of the tyre wall !!

Hope you get it sorted matey !!

So far this is number 2 this winter by my count..

Ouch indeed! Doesn\'t look to bad to be honest, hopefully just bent a toe link rather than anything major.

Get all the arms checked along with your alignment once its fixed. The wheel should be repairable too.
Cheers
