glass moonroof for 85 1st gen rx7, help needed

[Ilum]

I need help finding some hardware for the glass moonroof for the 1st gen 85 rx7. What I am trying to find are the "nuts" and seals for the bolts that attach the release clip to the glass. Does anyone know where I can find this? I have already tried mazda, and they couldn\'t even find it in their books. I believe it may be possible the glass moonroofs were taken from another vehicle. I have owned 3 1st gens, two of them have had this glass moonroof, but mazda seems to know nothing about them ever being offered. Can some one please help me locate the glass mounting hardware?

try victoria british or mazdatrix

Thanks mike, those were both good suggestions. I had already tried British Victoria, and they didn\'t have anything. I\'ll have to wait till Monday to call Mazdatrix, they don\'t even mention sunroofs or moonroofs on their website, but I haven\'t given up hope. If you think of anything else, please let me know.

if you mean the bolts that go through with the dome heads on the other side i made my own as the old ones were rusty, i\'m sure a local engenering firm could make them up

Have you had any luck yet?
