Rats Nest Refurb

I\'m about to replace the aging rasts nest with new silicone hose ive got all the hosing I need, but im sure i saw a post not to long ago about putting some small resrictor o-ring type things into some of the hoses. Is that in the rats nest or some where else.

Its not in the rats nest it in the bigger hoses for the wastegate.
