Carl,
Looking over the results table (and preying I get finished for RS ;-) ), is that the top 3 engines that you have built and ported now?

Hi Ant,
Yes it is.
I think not for long though.
I reckon Tim(RX Motors) will be going in a few days and he has a really quick car.
This is getting exciting!
Kind regards
Carl

I forgot to say thanks for all your help on the tuning Ant.it is good to work together on this.
It is really gratifying to see a good result from our efforts, and thanks to Clive too, from what I hear it was not too easy to drive with wheel spin all the way up the track!Good skill that Man!
Kind regards
Carl

No thanks required, as you say its great to  work together and share our skills and knowledge - the results have/will start speaking for themselves?

I look forward to continuing what I trust we have been building upon :)

Well done Clive, what tyres were you using?

maximtaylor

#114
I managed a 1.99 on the Dunlops, so I\'m looking forward to some drag tyres!

So Clive has bettered this by around 0.14 seconds quicker 60ft!!!

A slightly warmer track should see 11\'s no problem Clive.

Rotorstock is going to be a couple of days to remember for quick times, no doubt :)

Looking at the video, I think Danny swearing in surprise at Clive\'s launch sums it up pretty well ;)

That\'s years in 1/4 mile terms!

Max

Hi Max,
I think that Clive did a 1.83 60 ft,so that is only 0.16 better than yours.
Kind regards

Yeah, I\'ve never seen or heard an FD take off that well at Pod before!! Even Sticky Steve "10 minute burn out" Cleary I\'ve not seen get away like that - and he was killing most stuff off the line when we went last Oct or Nov...

Best get those road legal Nitos or Hoosiers delivered Maxim!

You kind of forget the excitement of Pod after a while, I\'m glad we\'ve been given a reminder! Ahh, the squirly stomach as you wait for the lights... ;-)

Carl

Hi Rich,
Does that not give you some incentive to get the triple sorted soon?
I hope so.
Kind regards
