Quote from: dandanIs that a fuel cell sitting at the very front?

Almost certainly a WI tank!  Can\'t see it passing any kind of scrutineering if it were the fuel!

Looks like fuel to me probably methanol. When you build a tubbed serious drag car, lots of the normal rules go out the window.

Ross - don\'t stress. Your mph is almost the same :)

Guessing it is built for Sport Compact.
Thanks,

DRAGON

Quite pleased about the mph actually Glen, considering the weight and lots of mods they have done and we havent. Always interested to see how people have modded fast Fds though.

Looking closer you can see where the pipes lead out of it and they apear to go towards the fuel rail area so I guess you\'re spot on!

Seems iffy from a circuit racing perspective but maybe it\'s not so important up the strip..?

The Dry Cell may well be for Dry Ice for the Charge Cooler water to pass through so intake temps are megga low.
I\'M ALWAYS IN THE SH*T IT\'S JUST THE DEPTH THAT MAY VARY.

it\'s a fuel tank, trace the lines ... they end at the fuel rail.

They can take quite a knock. and it\'s a hell of lot safer than having the fuel system inside the car.

That 86 looks good :spank   -  Sorry! :o

Amazing the amount of bit\'s that have been cut away, only a small step away from transferring them to a spaceframe chassis ;)
