Suspention settings??

Hi guys,

This may be a totaly stupid question, but is there a guide to suspention setups?

A mate has just bolted on a set of D2 Racing coilovers on his R33 GTSt and is having a total mind melt trying to get them set up correctly!! I know that on a rear drive car the rear suspention should be softer than the front to allow traction...... but is there a percentage difference we can use as a rule of thumb.... something like the rear should be 75% of whats on the front (hope that makes sence to you all)

He has put posts up on the Skyline owners club but over 3 months has had NO replies!!!

Can anyone on this super cool, amaising god of a forum help out???
