Need help with something on the forum

Now i know the is bound to be in the wrong section, but i couldnt find anywhere i should post it. So please dont shout at me for this being in the wrong place. Someone can delete it as soon as i know the answer to this.

Well basically its a forum problem im having in that i cannot send PM\'s. I get some kind of message about having restrictions on my account. Is it because i am not a paid member on the forum?

yes its coz your not a full member, look at the \'Join\' link right at the top of the page.
