Hi,

I can only describe how it works for the manual version but hopefully it will be of some help to you.

First of all you need to turn the cruise control system on/armed - the button on the dash. When you are travelling at your desired speed then press the "Set Cruise" button on the steering wheel to set this as your cruising speed.

If you need to put your foot down to increase your speed for a moment then just use the throttle as normal and as the car slows down after, it should return to the speed you originally set cruise at.

If your cruising at 30mph and you move into a 40mph zone you can increase your cruise controlled speed two ways:

1) press the cancel button on the steering wheel, accelerate and then press "Set Cruise" (steering wheel) when at 40mph

2)Hold down "Resume Acceleration" until you reach 40mph.  (accelerating at the touch of a button :D)

If you are cruising down the motorway at 70mph and have to brake to slow down to 50mph - you can resume cruising at 70mph by pressing "Resume Acceleration" on the steering wheel (the car will accelerate from 50mph to 70mph for you :)).  If you have changed gear while slowing down then you will have to reset cruising speed manually

Cruise control will automatically cancel if you brake - or on a manual press the clutch or change gear.  The system will remain on/armed.

Hope this helps :)
