Veilside Spoiler

I\'m looking forward to tomorrow! I\'m havign my old tea tray/bird bath spoiler removed, and a veilside one put on in it\'s place (Ok, so it\'s a veilside copy!). Going to improve the car no end!!

Ahh I never realised you had one of those wangan spoilers.  They are an acquired taste I guess!

Make sure you get some piccies up when you changed it over.

Are they? I did think they were to anyones taste!! I can\'t understand why anyone would want something like that!!! :p

I take it that everything ok now after your excursion.  What exactly had gone in the end then?

It\'s more or less back together! There\'s still a bit of plastic that needs removing from the bottom of the bumper, and the fog light still needs replacing. Oh, and the air conditioning rad is more curved than straight now!! :rolleyes:

It did turn out to be the radiator after all, so a quick replacement of that and it turned out fine.

Oh, and I found out what the bit of black plastic was that came off as well. I originally thought it was the undertray, but that was still there. It\'s the front right wheel arch liner - so if anyone has a spare one hanging around, i could do with a replacement!! :p

It\'s much better!! Need to get a piccy of the whole car now! doh! Forgot to do that!!

It got even more admiring glances on the way back from the bodyshop as usual! Very pleased with it!!

Now I gotta save up for the front bumper!! Anyone got a decent one for sale!!? Cheapest (and best looking) I have seen so far is for sale via Halfords of all places at $428! It would be nice to get one cheaper than that, but we\'ll have to see!
