Just a few quick questions I need answering before I purchase my first RX7....
whats the official mpg?
whats the benefit of a single turbo conversion as opposed to the standard twin?
Is the rx7 a 1.3 or a 2.6? a bit confused cause the insurance company\'s offer the 2354cc turbo injection model or the R, S, RS variants???
At what speed do the turbos naturally get used when cruising??
Thanks all :cheers

Hi

I\'ll go for a couple of you questions

whats the official mpg
How heavy is your right foot? Stock I would think between 15 and 18 driving quiet steady - a lot less if you like to squirt it.

Is the rx7 a 1.3 or a 2.6?
This depends, some are registered with the DVLA as 1.3 and some 2.6, however all insurance companies class them as 2.6 and group 20 I think.

I think the first turbo comes in at 3500 and the second at 4500ish

Hope this helps.

It\'s been said many many times if you plan to use a Rex as your day car don\'t underestimate the fuel costs, they will be cripling.
