Heater Controls

My Heater is u/s in my fc. I have Checked fuses, fan, pipes in engine and matrix and they all seam to be intact and working. The Flap is not moving to allow hot air in though and I suspect the heater control is faulty. Can replacements be obtained? I am no mechanic and wouldn\'t have to first Idea how to get it out and replace it would Mazda still do this?
