I am at present limbering up (financially) to some power mods.  Can anyone recommend a boost controller that works well for these rotary wonders.  Ive looked to blitz, apexi, hks etc but dont really know my arse from my elbow.  Also looking a complete exhaust system if anyone has any suggestions.  Looking power gains and noise:D

About the only thing ive decided on is blitz sus induction.  Oh and a rebuild before I get started I suppose!  Better safe than sorry!!

cheers for any help

With a standard ECU you wont be able to run too much boost through a boost controller beforeyou get to its limits.  You might be better of saving the cash and going for an ECU instead.

Agreed, ECU and fuel system first depending on intended mods. Forget the air filter, the\'re all crap compared to the stock air box set up any ways; they cost more, filter less and induct hotter air - pointless ;-) Put the cash toward an ECU instead...

I had heard this and so have been thinking along the lines of possibly Apexi Power FC and Commander etc.  Problem is I just keep thinking about how pretty I could make her look for the cash involved.

FD3S by the way Grinder. 97 Type rb in white.

Also do people find the whole induction kit idea a bit useless on the RX7 or does it just depend on usage. ie commuting or blasting, as mine is a toy for blatting about on nice days.  Had thought about rigging up some sort of airbox and cold feed for induction kit as I am fairly handy with fibreglass.  Just need a way to heat proof it.
