Well I have had a big box of FRP sitting in my house for a long time. I finally got off my arse and did something with it.

IE put it on my car.

Im only half finished installing the widebody kit. I still have to do the rear fenders.

and I still have to order the New Veilside VS-D1GT front bar but Its getting there.
The guys at veilside were on holidays, So when I go back on the 15th Ill order the Bar and New OEM Indicators.

Looking very nice mate. Still not sure about those rims, different but I\'m not 100% as to whether I love em or hate em!!

Should look awesome when complete - are you respraying totally or staying silver?

The full effect I have been thinking about for some time.

Orange or white I cant decide. I always wanted a white FD so it may still be that colour. but ot the moment Mazda Demio Mettalic Orange. But it wont be painted till I go back to OZ.

I spoke to the guys at the parts shop about 19Inch Rays TE37s to finish the car. He said its difficult to size them perfectly for the FD. Because theres not much clearance in the front and every FD is different. 8.5" and 9.5" but I want 9" and 10". but price is OK. 300 000yen with tires but you have to order them and it can take up to 3 months. So Ill have to decide soon.

The SE37w wheels were a temporary cheap alternative.
They are as light as TE37s and were perfect alternative at the time. But yes I dont know if I like them either. They grow on you but they are very unique. I\'ve never seen another set.

What make are your front fenders mate, i\'ve seen them somewhere before but cant for the life of me remember. I like that they dont stick out too much like some of the widebody stuff, very cool bonnet also!

Ummm, TE37Mags - the wheel of wheels - look the nuts and weigh the same as 3 or 4 marsh mallows Thats what I want when the rest of the car is done, 17" or 18" x as wide as poss. Think you can get 10s at the back \'ok\'...

SE37Ws are certainly unique.

It\'s the RE Amemiya GT AD Kit. The same as their White Race car.
Bonnet is Amemiya too. Greddy 9 version.
There is another Wider kit but for the road I think this is enough.

Front fenders are a full replacement.
Rear fenders bolt over the originals.
But I have to hack the rear quards to get clearance for big wheels. That\'s why I havnt finished yet. Just need a little more time.

When the time comes I think the wheels will be for sale.
But thats a while away yet.

Guys I tried these wheels on the car today,

GTR size,

The tires were bigger than I wanted and the offset was a tad wrong but i just wanted to see how fat they\'d be.

I was right.. VERY FAT.

I think I will get 18x9.5 + 22 All round with 255/35/18 rubber with a 20mm spacer on the rear.

This is the same as many cars are currently running in Japan.
Although most run 10inch wheels, TE37 are only 9.5 or 10.5
10.5 wont go on the front so 9.5 it is.

Why not go 9.5 front and 10.5 rear?

I\'d be tempted to keep the fronts narrower as road handling will be impared by very fat rubber on the fronts.  I\'ve got 8 fornt and 9 rear with 235 and 255 rubber respectively - rears could go wider but I wouldn\'t want to do that on the fronts as tramlining is unpleasant as is!

im running 225/255 on the car now.
good but. i plan on keeping the same all round.
Tire wear can be evened out and on the odd circuit adventure will be very good indeed.

Rear wing is Cusco.
got is second hand.

as for veilside. ive changed my mind again.
looking at the full amamiya thing now.
