really, anyone know why people are not buying rexes at the moment?

I\'m asking for £1750 for my spotless t2 vert and still no interest!

So, realistically, what do i need to sell it for to make it appealing?

Very very good bodywork

Full closure microwave alarm system
Good service history

Very very smooth running and beautiful sounding exhaust

So, whats it worth?  I dont want to break it, but it must go!

If I had £1700 quid and somewhere to park this, I would buy it now, just so I had a choice what colour to go for a spin in !

too cheap!  id think it was dodgy at that price.

advertising it on ere isnt going to give you any luck - auto trader and ebay it.

or part ex it for something you an sell easily.

well, i want another mx6 so i am trying to see if the guys at mx6.com wanna give a six plus a bit of cash.

i know it seems too cheap. but i tried at 3k and go no response at all on autotrader, and then at 2500 and still nothing.

car definately not dodgy, and roof is in very good condition. no splits or leaks, electrics are fine and i still have the roof cover.

i really need a bit of cash and a more practical car, but wont settle for anything except another mx6 or a 4x4 7 seater of some kind.

i\'m not going down the ebay route, too much messing around by people and the fees are a bastard too.

i spent 600 on a new alarm for this car 3 months ago and engine cost more than i am asking for the car.

i am really after a quick sale, hence price.... but i am going to be forced to sell for under a grand at this rate.

thanks for the offer but im a bit particular about my sixes

gotta be a 1993+ j-spec 2.5litre manual, preferably with leathers.
if it fits into the above criteria and has pretty decenty bodywork, i might be interested.

body work isnt bad for age - prob needs a new drivers door , poss front bearing and attention to abs

its been sat for about 12 months - if you need more info just ask - its not mine to be honest - but my boss\'s
