Carbon Stuff

Hey all,

My new black Rex on it\'s way from Miguel. I\'d really like a carbon GT wing and a vented carbon bonnet (like the Scoot one on Miguel\'s car).

Anyone able to source these (for a good price) or know anyone who can???

Good purchase.

Scoot dont make the carbon one.
They only make FRP.
You have to get the rip off somewhere else.
I know miguel had a heap of trouble fitting his copy too.

My RE-Amemiya one was just a matter of bolt on.
Fitted perfectly.
Its FRP but pretty close to Scoot.
Carbon one is about 100000 yen or so.

GT Wing

I have a Cusco GT wing, 1600 mm.
Its a little too wide though. but nice for widebody.

Most people recommend 1480ish mm.
I also think the mounting points should be wider cause if they are a re central the wing tends to wobble a bit.

RE-Amemiya and Feed ones are nice design with mounting need the edge.

If you want Ill photoshop It for ya.

Rotary Extreme (here) do a carbon fibre scoot hood, and from all i\'ve read on the US forums, fits very well, think he also has carbon wings, a nice FEED wing with carbon centre, and the RE-Amemiya GT wing.
