Opened my bonnet last night after a drive to help cool things down and noticed a thin patch of oil on the join between the inlet elbow and upper inlet manifold, it appeared as slightly darker than the metal but of course when I wiped my finger across it you could see it was oil.

nothing to worry about,   there is a thin rubber seal that goes in between the two. There is always oil residue in the inlet so it might be worth getting a  new rubber. Its a 10 minute job to do.
