I\'m hopefully Going Single on 17th June, I\'ve bought a second hand kit from pip, had the tubby reconned an am picking it back up tomorrow. I\'m pretty good mechanically so am doing the swap over myself with a friend. the only problem is I\'ve never done this conversion before and I need to know what to be carefull with. The kit comes with turbo, Manifold, external wastegate, oil feed, one oil block off plate, downpipe (correct for my decat) and Air filter.

I\'m hoping to fully remove the rat\'s nest or at least all the solenoids an most of the pipes but I need to know which pipes I need to block off/seal, and which can or should be left free and open?

Also oils pipes etc what can I block off an what do I need to leave alone?

Any guides people know of off the web or especially first hand knowledge and or pictures would be much appreciated a picture tells a thousand words lol.

I have done most things in preparation such as air pump removal an blanking off of the air pump pipes, extra injectors, FMIC, uprated fuel pump, Power FC. I just need any an all the advice I can get for the actual change over. I am aware the Power FC has a single turbo selection which will run it ok to limp it to pip\'s for correct mapping. I hoping to have the switch done over the weekend so I want to make sure I have everything I will need. Even if you think it is an obvious thing please mention it as the more info I can get the better. I don\'t want to get caught out as sourcing parts on a sat an sunday is obviously not easy.

Many thanks in advance for any help

Mark

If you have a spare car you can just take the pfc to pip and get him to put a basic map on !
