ET is the offset...i think you might be wanting ET35 but dont quote me on that...try asking m@.... damnit cant sepll his funny username....mark i think has got some from what i saw at ace last night...

Spotlamp

You\'ll be wanting to run an ET35 on a 9.5" rim and ET30 on an 8.5" for the fronts, that way they\'ll both be matching in terms of their \'outyness\'.  You will probably need to get your arches rolled if running lowered suspension...

is that correct as i spoke to mark and he is running ET36 on the front?

I dunno..wheels and offsets is an odd one...some people say it doesnt matter...but to be honest, im gonna switch back to 99 spec standard wheels as i reckon the car handles like a pig on wide wheels/tyres with funny offsets...im sure the car handles better on stock tyre size and stock wheels.

D1 WTF

fair enough, what do stock 99 specs look like?  i dont think i have seen them

Standard wheels are as follows.

Wheel rim width

Front 8JJ et50
Rear 8.5JJ et 50

if you follow this link you can then put in these figures and work out what you need

Are those the standard widths of 99 specs? I know the standard early spec are 8j et 50 all round. stock 99 specs look like this:

or maybe a set of these...but as i understand it, they are rarer than rockinghorse poo!

Theyre obviously never gonna look all that great, but then again i bought my fd for trackdays and the nurburgring so I want it to handle as well as I can...I reckon aftermarket stuff just upsets the balance of the cars epsecially wheels and suspension (unless you really know what you are doing.....maybe jeff peters will let you borrow the unis corner weighting machine lol) .

NixRX7

those are the specs of the standard 17" wheels fitted, as far as i know they where the specs right up till they finished making the FD.
