Removing those orange reflectors on a 94 front bumper?

How do you remove those horrible orange reflector things on the 93-98 (?) front bumper?

I basically want to take them off and spray them white to match the rest of the bumper as I think they look awful and serve no purpose on a UK car.

You need to remove the inner arches, then you can access the single screw that secures them.
