hey guys, just got some pics of my fiances RX7 we are currently building.
Pics are when 13b was fitted, ut we are currently in the process of setting up a 20B with a 6/71 blower.

now its time to make these fit






scoop looks a little big on the 4/71 and I have a buyer for it so even more the reason to get a 6/71 when I find one
most likely ditching the 4 barrel also for one single large tb that will go on a custom plenum
 will be intercooled with PWR barrel cooler and a water/ice tank and radiator

s5 gear box , ford 9" possi track LSD with strange 31 spline billet axels

Wow, now thats going to be different !, are you going to fit all that under the standard bonnet then ? it looks like you are trying to keep it all fairly compact on top of the blower

the engine is going to be injected and intercooled. Due to this we can run the filters and scoop right on top of the blower which is good due to the laws here with stuff out of the bonnet.

We will run a PWR water to air barrel cooler. The engine coolant radiator will be up where a front mount intercooler may go with the radiator for the intercooler in front of it. the intercooler wont fit otherwise as it will take up room where the top of the radiator would normaly go.

We are going to run a GTR skyline style plenum with a front mount throttle body, hope that makes sence lol.

We certainly dont want too little sticking out the bonnet lol but we do have to keep it low.

Wow!  Thats going to scare pedestrians!  Have you changed the steering box for a rack by any chance?

no we havnt but i do intend to look at setting up power steering once we have it going and know where everything need to go as far as the engine goes.
When the 13b was in it (breifly) the steering was bloody heavy after driving cars with power steering lol
Eventualy we will have wider front tyres too so steering will certainly need to be changed as there will be at least 100kg more weight in the front over the factory 12a (blower alone weighs 35kg) or it will be impossible to drive without taking steroids lol
