High Boost

High Boost Help!!!
Okay,

Here is the story.
I did my vacuum job under my UIM. Still boost was at 10-6-5.

I then changed my vac hoses, wastegate controller, turbo precontroller actuator to high silicon hoses. I also changed the charge control actuator silenoid hoses. Basically all the turbo hoses.

So I forgot to put the two pills back in the and boost was like 7-5-7.

Then figure it was the pill, put the pill back in and boost is now 15-14-16.

This sequencial pattern is driving me nuts. I\'ve checked all the lines and hoses that I replace, nothing seems to be wrong with it.

What could I have done that is wrong???

MODS are:

HKS mega flow Intake
Undersize pulley
HKS blow off valve
HKS 3in. down pipe
HKS turbo timer
Petitt Fuel Computer that was remapped to run rich.
Intercooler Piping
The half ass vacuum job

I would say you have solved the initial problem with the low boost but have now created a new one, are the pipes etc the same ID, are all restrictors in place?

Have you got any leaks anywhere?

I\'m not sure from the list of mods but if you\'re high-flowing on your exhause and de-catted then over-boosting is likely...

Well thanks guys!!

I rechecked my actuator controller and found that the pill was blown topside restricting air from sensing to the turbo thats what causes the problem.

Found a smaller hose and clamp the pill in place and boost was perfect. 13-10-12 in any consecutive way..
