hello long time since i have been on  hello to you all  just a quick question what has to be done to an fd3 to fit a cosmo engine  into it  if you already have the cosmo engine  cost as well and is it somthing a novice could do

It\'s possible but to get it right your looking at a lot of £ and time Pip WGT is doing one at the moment. Your best place for info is rx7 owners club in the states.

Certainly something a novice should not attempt. You have failed to specify if you want to install a 13B-REW or 20B-REW Cosmo engine. The former should be easier & the latter is what the guys above are groaning over.

A 20B swap is a big cost that sometimes is too much for an experienced rotary shop & they bodgey it up. Be aware

Well as far as I know it\'s a a nice Cosmo engine, or was till Pip got hold of it. Now it\'s a monster Cosmo. :god

Your right, but our Friend Pip is known as the master on these rotory engines he has been playing with them for around 30 years. His rep is Ext/ high :god

Bit slow at times but he does it right!
