just discovered i have two oil coolers, rear strut brace and alloy pedals, can this mean my rex is a type r?.i bought it thinking it was a standard rex,it doesnt have a front strut brace but when i have looked closer you can see it has had one (turret top is faded were it was etc).it also has rear seats.anyone shine any light on this?
cheers john  :Thumbs-up

it does sound likea type r. Does it have the front splitter? Not a thin black strip, but a proper front splitter with the holes in it to cool the brakes.  All fd\'s definitly have alloy pedals and i think they all have the rear strut brace as standard. What year is it?

Does it not say what spec it is in the drivers door. There should be a sticker half way up !
