A guy I know in Japan placed an order for his own Spirit-R back in May. The dealership was allocated only 2 & he got the 2nd one.

Delivery finally happened in late August after a nervous wait. He is so happy about the car & never wants to sell it. Everybody wants to buy it from him & it gets looks at every servo he stops for petrol.

beautiful.  as much as i love the rx8, and i do, i cant ever imagine another mazda having the same impact as the 3rd gen rx7.

Where can I get my hands on those bucket seats?

Thinking its time to change to something with a little more grip than leather.

They look like they dont intrude too much on getting in and out of the 7, which is already fun.

Mike, thanks for the quick reply. The picture that you have just posted has shown the angle that I wanted to see.

They cant have 4 point harnesses fitted through them.

Guess I will have to look at the Recaro\'s that do.
