single turbo

Hi  thinking of putting a big single turbo in my 97 RSR.What are all the parts i need to add on and replace (fuel punp intercooler ect). Also putting a ss exhaust on now ,was thinking adout a 3inch but i dont want it to noisey can you recomend one thanks.
