Ok guys,

I think I\'ve found the alloys to get, just need clarification as to whether they will fit ok as japshop just said the available offsets were on their site

17 x 8 ET35 front

17 x 9 ET27 rear

If anyone can tell me if these would be ok that\'d be great, I\'ve been trawling the forum for ages but can\'t get a definitive answer esp. for 17" wheels...

Cheers,
Alex

the front shd be fine with 35 offset but 27 on the rear cld be a prob and its a expensive mistake to risk i think it will stick out too much

Mr J.T

yeah they\'ll fit there exactly what im running 35 front and 27 rear.

alexb

Cheers mate, thanks for the confirmation :)

Mr J.T

no probs. let us know what they look like

Will do mate, just need to do some photoshop work to see how gunmetal will look on my montego blue car. Japshop don\'t think they\'ll be able to get hold of bronze which is a shame :(

Cheers,
Alex

Hi mate,

lol well got to spend bonus on something!

Hope to get \'em next month, just trying to work out whether the gunmetal colour will look good or not on my car... just been out taking some photos ready for photoshop action ;)

Cheers,
Alex

Feel free to put up the photoshops, mine\'s is montego blue and I\'m considering gunmetal as a respray on my Works, I\'d like to see what it would look like :)

alexb

Haha only if they\'re worth sharing! My photoshop skills are pretty poor lol ;)

Well I bit the bullet and ordered them, arrived this morning. Been dealing with Guy at SPD Auto (nice bloke) and he convinced me when he told me he\'d just got some 766\'s in that were gloss with a polished rim :). And... I\'d be the first in the UK with them :D

Here\'s a couple of cameraphone pics, don\'t want to move the car at the mo as it needs the correct size spigot rings (SPD sending them tomorrow) so these will have to do for now.

Just need to sort out the comedy standard ride height and I\'ll be happy ;)

Cheers,
Alex

Cheers fella :)

They\'re Toyo R888\'s, going to wear out pretty quickly I reckon but I hardly use the car nowadays so should be ok for a while ;)

Wow looks incredible mate,

You definatly need to sort the \'STILTS\' out you have lol

Ace,

Gareth

Cheers mate  ;)

Yeah, for sure need to lower it a little, I\'ll put up a new post asking people\'s opinions but I\'m leaning towards Tein Super Streets - would be convenient to get them from Nemesis as I could get them fitted and have geometry setup etc done at the same time (at least I think they do laser alignment) but I\'ve seen that suspension for £500 + VAT elsewhere so I guess it\'ll be DIY time again :)
