sidelights?

hello i have recently bought a type r2 94 rx7 all is well except the side lights and dash lights dont work the switch is working ok the fuses are ok and the bulbs are ok is the a relay for them somewhere?

I know it sounds silly but it\'s not because I was that silly Erm, is the dimmer switch fully up. I forgot I turned mine down and thought I\'d lost the dash lights...wasn\'t embarassed or anything

By sidelights you don\'t mean the side markers do you (orange front, red rear?)?

wow i did the same thing.
so obvious but that dimmer had me confused for a few hrs.
Oh and you sure your fuses are ok.
MX5\'s have the same problem, the fuse holder conectors get a little dirty and cleaning them makes em work again and bunno if its the same on the RX but sidelights and dash lights are on the same fuse on mx5\'s.

yeah thanks for the help definatly a power problem it could well be dir6ty contacts in the fuse box trouble is i dont know which one is the lights cos its all in japanese ill try cleaning them all up

found it in the end there is a relay it is the blue tns relay by the bonnet catch works perfectly now this is for all the dash/sidelights
