Boost Wobble???

Hi Guys

Had my car tuned on the rollers, the graph shows the boost going up and down a lot around 3-3.5k???  When you drive the car you can hear and feel this in a change in the engine note.

Anyone heard of this?

Turbo transition from first to both turbos?
