Theres a rather big clue in the fact youre looking on the RE Amemiya site, which is who makes them

er, they make wheels too? I did not know that   I went through the list of FD parts thought they\'d have shown up in that.

They are probably made by someone else and badged much like Nismo/Mazdaspeed etc are actually made by Rays.  But yeah they are the ones.

I think Re - A commissioned Enkei or Rays to make them.
