I was giving it some right foot on me way to work today and at 7k rpm in 4th she held back and for a split second the Heat light came on on the dash board. I eased up straight away and took it real easy the rest of the way to work. She seems to be running fine not held back before, since having my PFC fitted. I had the boost controller set to 1 bar but I see since, the boost had crept up to 1.1 bar. Could this be the problem?

I have checked all the boost hoses going to and from the control solenoid and they are all snug fit.

yup,

what did max map the car for??

the heat light is used by the power fc for showing various faults and warnings.

most likely thought:

1. knock over 60 (dont worry 60 wont blow you up)
2. injectors running at above 98%

most likely its the injectors as your running standard CC\'s

you need to get you boost controller sorted. dont run at 1.1bar or you chances of knock (detenation) are increased.
