I have always been Puzzled by the 2.4lt thats on my T2\'s log book? would make sence as i know the very early S4 Na\'s had a 4 port engine then they changed it to the Rotary valve 6 port Jobbie (may be becouse the Uped the CC to?)

2nd gens were never fitted with the 12a, only a 6 port N/A engine or a 4 port Turbo engine ... not sure about the log book cc\'s

but mine says 2.3 which is roughly double the 1146cc\'s of the 12a

Yeh, I did loads of research into the Second gen, seems the very early Na\'s where 4 ports.

I just presumed that they where 13b\'s but if the 12a was used it would explane why they thought all Second gens where 2.4 but if they where all 13b\'s then that knackers that idea. LOL

never heard of the 4 port N/A 13B\'s being fitted to 2nd gens (not that I\'ve looked that hard) but I know 4 port 13b\'s were about in earlier RX\'s (2,3,4,5 etc.)

Grizzly

it must have just been using old stock?
