How do i raise this suspension guys?

Its not a rx7 was was wondering if any of you guys can help me lol, cars way to low and need to raise it, any idears? would turning the disc below the springs raise it or make it harder?

would have thought the disc below the springs would change the height.

Soz guys deleted the wrong pic lol,.. but went to the TEIN website and found out its a grands worth of kit :P YIPEEEee!! and it cn be raised by the disc :)

Goes from--

front -35 to max -60
rear   0 to max -60

And its on -60 all round lol if you take a normal pen size, half it and then take a cm off, thats how low she is lol
