Not wanting to sound like a misserible old git, but are you not a little concerned about the exhaust running under the fuel tank? Be great to see you at Rotorstock... you can use it as an excuse to get some cheeper fuel!

Looks like its going to be awesome when its finished!
Could you not route the exhuast out to the other side?  That way you avoid the tank and also get a much straighter pipe which should aid the gas flow.
